This application is designed with simplicity in mind but is extremely feature rich. Features ----- * Custom HTML output * Support templates, macros, and common scripts * Lots of custom formatting * C++ Class Indexing * C++ Class Hierarchy Indexing * Read-only files highlight * Document generation * Build system (make) * etc. :Package: doxy This package contains the Doxy documentation class. The Doxy documentation class is a set of methods and variables that should be available and useful for anyone developing a doxygen based documentation program. The class provides a number of convenience functions and variables to help you write and debug a class of your own. The main advantage of using the class is that it will help you learn how to use doxygen, and how you can extend it's abilities, as you write a new class. The package also provides a few of doxy's core classes, such as an htmlparser. Note: The latest version of doxy is 1.7.3.1. The source code for that version is avaliable on the website. If not, see :Package What's New in the DoxyS? ----------------------------------------------------- The DoxyS was developed in 2009. At that time I really loved Texinfo, but since I was needed to use several and different versions of the TeX distribution (MiKTeX, TeX Live, WinEdt,...). I found a really ugly work flow of "man doxy3.tex" "doxy3 -x scripts.tex" "scripts -f -i mf.tex" and so on. So I designed this little tool. The first version was specifically for TeX. It was extremely simple. I made an abstract interface and the tool generated the TeX code from it. And it was called `dox' in fact (doxy comes from TeX and `s' is a note in German). The biggest problem with it was that it used a lot of space. If you didn't you had to do some typing. OK, my source was not `s'. It was C++, and it used even a C++ compiler. That was a problem and I decided to rewrite it from scratch. This time, the interface was abstract and later it was modified so that you don't need a model at all. Of course, there still is a structure model for descriptions. This time the initial version was also distributed as a TeX package. The initial version was extended to work with a lot of different code-generators for C++ projects (Qt, GDK, GTK, wxWidgets) and the tool was called `doxygen' (doxy comes from DoxyS and gen comes from code generation). There was also the possibility to use some language models. You had to download the language file before you could use it. The command-line version of DoxyS was added in 2011. More than 15 different language supports is available. You can use full keyboard or mouse to type the description. And you can use tab-completion. Overload descriptions (function argument order) are supported. DoxyS Usage: ------------------ The initial version (with "dox") was designed to be used with a simple configuration file in a TeX-document. The new version of the application (with "doxygen") also allows an interface with the wizard (again with the same configuration file), and the possibility to use a different configuration file (with). I strongly recommend that you use the command-line System Requirements For DoxyS: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP2 1GB of RAM 3GB of available disk space Minimum of a 16MB Video card Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP21GB of RAM3GB of available disk spaceMinimum of a 16MB Video card What is the difference between DRMed and not-DRMed?
